Where has that CAAP gone?

It’s probably gone, for good. When the new rules came into effect on the 2nd of Dec., 2021, it was out with the old and in with the new. Most Civil Aviation Advisory Publications (CAAP) have been replaced with an Advisory Circular (AC).

Is there a list of changes? Where can I find the new publications?

Great question. The regulator (CASA) has compiled a list of CAAPs that have been removed. Popular CAAPs that have been removed include 234 (fuel guidelines), 92 (aeroplane landing areas) and more.
